Vermont Intrepid

The Vermont Castings Intrepid II is one of the brand's best known stoves, combining traditional American cast iron styling with innovative wood burning technology. Designed exclusively for burning wood, it features a catalytic combustion system that helps reduce emissions while improving efficiency.

A thermostatically controlled primary air supply automatically regulates the fire to help maintain a consistent heat output, while the distinctive top loading door makes refuelling quick and convenient, particularly when using larger logs. The cast iron top plate can also be used for warming or boiling a kettle, adding to the stove's everyday practicality.

Available in a choice of matt black or Bordeaux finishes, with plain or lattice door options on selected models, the Intrepid II can be tailored to suit both traditional and contemporary interiors.
